MEETING AND INITIAL ESTIMATE
This first step allows us to get acquainted, evaluate your home's needs, and discuss your visions and ideas. We will discuss a project timeframe, your budget, and how you envision the final product. Together we can browse pictures from magazines, Pinterest, Houzz and anything else from which you gather inspiration. Typically, this meeting lasts no longer than 60 minutes. Within five days of our meeting, we will provide you with an initial estimate for your review. There is no cost for this service.
OUTLINE AND DESIGN
Assuming you are satisfied with the initial estimate, the second step is outlining and designing your project. We aim to match your personal style with your budget, choose materials, and produce renderings. This is undoubtedly one of the most important and time consuming portions of the entire project, but it also establishes the foundation for a smooth and enjoyable experience. The cost of this service varies by project size, but typically ranges from five to ten percent of the total estimated cost.
Once we've agreed on the design and a contract is signed, we will pull all necessary permits and commence construction. Either Cale or Zach will serve as the primary contact during this process. We will provide you with daily progress updates so that you are never left wondering how things are coming along. No matter the day or time, we are always available to answer any questions and address any concerns. Cost of construction and the timeframe varies based on project size.
CLEAN-UP AND WALK-THROUGH
When construction is complete, we provide a deep cleaning of the project site and removal of any remaining construction debris. Finally, we do an in-person walk-through of the entire project to ensure that all questions are answered and needs met. At the end of this process we welcome your feedback. There is no cost for this service.
